About Ganong Real Estate

Ganong Real Estate began in 1994, with only a phone and a chair in a small space next to the Weirs Beach Bridge. Upon initial growth Ganong Real Estate moved to occupy an office space on Weirs Boulevard to gain maximum exposure, and it is there that the success truly began. Soon after, Ganong Real Estate expanded to occupy the entire location of 357 Weirs Boulevard. Today, this office location hosts nine real estate agents as well an in-house marketing team and support staff.

President and CEO of Ganong Real Estate, John Ganong has been involved in multiple fundraisers and attributes a good portion of Ganong Real Estate’s success to their community involvement. Ganong started a Laconia Sports benefit which has raisied over $30,000 for the children of Laconia schools. Ganong Real Estate has also raised an aggregate amount of $45,000 for the Laconia Fire Department and Breast Cancer benefits.

With Ganong Real Estate’s impressive success, Ganong says, “It’s been a challenging and wonderful experience.” He shares that the key to his success is simply the chemistry among his team. “You’re only as good as the people around you, and I’m fortunate to have the best around me."
